Santosh Raikar is the Managing Partner of Silverpeak's renewables business, responsible for expanding the firm's renewable energy investment platform. He has 25 years of experience in energy and infrastructure finance, spanning renewable energy, oil and gas, power generation, and midstream assets.

Before joining Silverpeak, Santosh served as Managing Director in the Renewable Energy Investments Group at State Street, where he led a team focused on originating, structuring, and executing U.S. tax equity transactions for large-scale renewable projects. Earlier in his career, he held principal investment roles at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers.

Santosh holds a Master of Science from the Technology and Policy Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In addition to his industry work, he teaches Renewable Energy Investments, a graduate-level course at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Seabron Adamson is a Vice President at Charles River Associates, a global economics consulting firm. He has advised developers, banks, utilities, and private equity firms on renewable and conventional energy projects across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Previously, he was part of the energy and commodities group at a major alternative investment firm. Seabron has provided extensive expert testimony before civil courts and international arbitration tribunals in relation to energy sector and infrastructure disputes

Seabron created the Renewable Energy Finance course at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with Santosh Raikar. Seabron holds graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Georgia Tech, and Boston University. He is currently a visiting research fellow at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge and the Energy Policy Research Group.
